摘要
激素敏感脂肪酶 (HSL)是动物体脂肪分解的关键酶 ,它能水解甘油三酯成甘油和脂肪酸以满足动物体的需要。在结构上 ,HSL含有三个相互独立的功能区域 :调节区、催化区和脂质结合区。调节区内包括 2个磷酸化位点。 1个调节位点和 1个基本位点 ,调节位点可调节HSL的活性 ,而HSL活性的变化会影响动物的背膘厚和瘦肉率。日粮的能量浓度。
Hormone sensitive lipase is a key enzyme in fat metabolism.It catalyzes the release of fatty acids and glycerin from trigly ceride in order to meet the need of animal.Its structure consists of three regions:regulatory,catalytic and lipid binding.The regulatory site can regulate the hormone sensitive lipase activity.The small variation on the activity of hormone sensitive lipase can influence the lean percentage and backfat traits.The concentration of dietary energy,ratio of protein to amino acids and dietary lipids are all influence the hormone sensitive lipase activity.
