西部实施以教育信息化推进教育现代化发展战略的对策研究

A Study of Countermeasures in Developing Educational Modernization through Educational Informationization in West-China

西部实施以教育信息化推进教育现代化发展战略 ,必须把服务于教育信息化的信息资源开发和利用放在首位 ;同时要加强西部教育信息网络的建设和管理 ;加大信息技术应用的深度和广度 ;尽快建设一支数量充足、具有较高信息技术素养的复合型师资队伍。另外 ,西部教育信息化的实施还要坚持科学规划 ,统筹安排 ;注重优化以教育信息化推进教育现代化的外部环境 ;运用信息技术提高学校的教学、科研创新能力 ;多渠道筹措资金 ,加大对教育信息化的投入。

To implement the developing strategies of educational modernization through educational informationization, we should give priority to development and application of information resources which are in the service of educational informationization; and at the same time, strengthen construction and management of educational information network; deepen and widen application of information technology and speed up training enough numbers of teachers with higher competence of information technology. Moreover, we should insist on scientific planning, overall arrangement and optimizing environment. We should use information technology to improve teaching and scientific research of schools, increase investment for educational informationization by raising funds through various channels.
