摘要
本文在现代经济政策学分析框架的指导下,对近一年来我国沿海渔民转产转业的各项政策措施进行归纳、分类,初步总结出促进我国沿海渔民转产转业的政策工具体系。
Under Direction of the analyses frame of modern economic policy,inducing and classi-fying every policies and measures of transferring fishermen's job in coastal regions during the near year,the paper elementarily summed up policy frame of advancing to transfer fishermen's job in coastal regions.
