昏迷病人床边脑电图监测的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAM BY BEDSIDE IN THE COMATOSE PATENTS

目的:探讨昏迷病人的脑电图(EEG)诊断对估计预后的价值。方法:回顾性分析96例昏迷病人床边EEG。结果:EEG表现为平坦波或暴发抑制波异常者预后不良,均死亡;EEG以。波为主,混有θ、β波者,预后良好;而为δ、θ、β波者,其预后难确定,还需随访。结论:昏迷病人进行床边EEG检查,可以检测脑功能,而且对最终预后作出较为肯定的评价。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the EEG in the comatose patient. Methods The EEG by bedside was necorded in 96 patients with coma. Results The patients with EEG showing electrocerebral silence or burst suppression are dead; contrary, EEG showing alpha weves, with theta waves and beta waves, the prognosis is good; but for the delta, theta, beta waves, its prognosis is difficult to confirm, it need to observe the change of EEG. Coclusions The EEG by bedside could be utilized to evaluate the brain function for the co- matose patients. It could be used to evaluate the ultimate prognosis of the comatose patients.
