双硫伦包合物滴眼剂的制备与性质测定

Studies on the physicochemical properties of the disulfiram complexion eye drops

目的制备双硫伦 (DSF)包合物滴眼剂。方法将DSF与HP β CD作用形成包合物 ,再制成滴眼剂。采用HPLC法测定DSF的含量。结果DSF包合物滴眼剂的 pH、渗透压、粘度及表面张力等性质 ,均符合《中华人民共和国药典》中滴眼剂的要求。滴眼剂的稳定性实验表明 :在 2 5℃ ,t0 9为 2 8a ,且在光照条件下 ,稳定性下降。结论双硫伦包合物滴眼剂达到《中华人民共和国药典》

Objective To prepare disulfiram(DSF) complexion eye drops. Method The inclusion complex of disulfiram by hydroxypropyl β cyclodextrin was prepared and DSF complex eye drop was prepared as well.HPLC was used to determine the contents of DSF in the formulation. Result The physical properties were tested,which included pH?clarity?osmosis pressure?viscosity and surface tension,results showed that the physical properties of the Pharmacopoeia of China.The stability test showed at 25℃ t 0 9 was 2 8 years,and the stability decreased under light. Conclusions DSF complex eye drop of the formulation accorded with requirements of the Pharmacopoeia of China.
