摘要
目的 研究地黄不同品种和不同部位中梓醇的含量。方法 梓醇含量的测定用HPLC ,糖的测定用比色法。结果 不同品种及同一品种的不同单株中梓醇含量有所不同。鲜地黄和生地黄的不同部位梓醇含量和可溶性糖的含量也不同。结论 以体形大小作为地黄品质的等级分类标准有一定的科学依据。中药材的质量控制必须从遗传 (基因 )
OBJECTIVE: To study the contents of catapol. in varieties and earthnuts of Rehmannia glutinosa. METHODS: The content of catalpol was determined by HPLC. The contents of sugars was determined by colorimetry. RESULT: The contents of catapol were different in varieties, and the contents of catapol were not same even within the same varieties. The contents of catapol and sugars were different between fresh earthnuts and processed earthnuts. CONCLUSION: The shape of earthnuts can be regard for classification in quality. The quality of Chinese traditional materials appeared to be related to hereditary form (varieties) and environments.
