摘要
为降低柴油机排放的黑烟颗粒物,对催化滤烟器的催化剂组成进行了研究.采用差热,热重分析方法,比较了非贵金属盐类及稀土钙钛矿催化剂的活性.指出铜盐系列催化剂对烟炱燃烧有较好的催化活性,其起燃温度比无催化剂时约下降200℃.对DCF-1型过滤器进行了柴油机上排气滤烟的初步试验.
To reduce the participate soot emission from the diesel engine, the catalyst composition for the diesel particulate trap had been investgated.By using DTA and TGA method, catalytic activities of the non-precious metal salts and the rare earth perovskite compounds were compared. It was shown that the copper salt series catalysts have relatively good activity for the soot combustion. Itsi gnition temperature is about 200℃ lower than those without catalyst. Prelimi-ninary study of the DCF-1 type filter tested on a diesel engine was also made.
