中小学双语教学运作模式的价值取向与理念定位 被引量:7

The Value and the Orientation of the Theory for Operationg Model of Bilingual Education in Primary and Secondary Schools

摘要 当代双语教学理念的学界共识,是立足于近现代外语教学效率低下(主要表现在言语听说能力交际方面)的客观事实,并力求改变这一低效现状为出发点,从而培养双语双能复合型人才为宗旨以提高外语交际能力人才素质作为价值取向,继而适应当今世界教育国际化和信息化的时代潮流,此举正在为越来越多的国内外教育人士所赞同并不断加以创新,从而建构出既立足本土又面向全球的双语教学运作模式。
