摘要
介绍胰胆系疾病的综合影像诊断方法。从比较影像学角度分析各种影像检查方法的优缺点。超声和CT是诊断胰胆系疾病的首选检查方法 ,MRCP作为无创伤性的新技术 ,是一种理想的检查方法 ,其应用也必将提高胰胆系疾病的诊断水平。
The comprehensive methods for diagnosing cholangio-pancreatic disease were introduced.The advantage and defect of every method were analyzed in comparative imaging view.US and CT are primary method for diagnosing cholangio-pancreatic disease.MRCP is an ideal method as noninvasive diagnostic imaging technique,and its application will improve the diagnostic level of cholangio-pancreatic disease.
