八种镰刀菌毒素的电子捕获气相色谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过对各种反应条件的选择,建立了八种主要镰刀菌毒素同时检测的电子捕获气相色谱分析方法(GC-ECD法).在SE-54涂布的弹性石英毛细管交链柱上,八种镰刀菌毒素达到完全分离。T-2毒素,HT-2毒素、新茄病镰刀菌烯醇、二乙酰蘸草镰刀菌烯醇,玉米赤霉烯酮等的最低检测限为5×10^(-11)g,脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、镰刀菌烯酮-X的最低检测限为3×10^(-12)g. A gas chromatographic method was developed for simultaneous determination of eight Fusarium mycotoxins (T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, diacetoxyscirpenol, neosolaniol, deoxynivalenol, nivalenol, Fusarenon-X and zearalenone) with an electron-capture detector. Various experimental conditions of the GC-ECD were selected. The Fusarium mycotoxins were all derivatized with N-heptafluo-robutyrylimidazole. Optimum conditions for the derivatization and for the GC determination were selected. With these conditions, the eight Fusarium mycotoxins were completely separated on a SE-54 capillary column. The limits of detection were found to be 5 ×10-11g for T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, diacetoxy-seirpenol, neosolaniol and zearalenone, and 3×10-12g for deoxynivanlenol, nivanlenol and Fusarenon-X.
