摘要
通过实验发现: Fe(Ⅱ)在HC1介质中以2,2’-联吡啶作活化剂催化过氧化氢,氧化麝香草酚蓝褪色的新指示反应.研究了影响反应速度的最佳条件,探讨了反应机理,建立了测定超痕量铁的新分析方法,方法灵敏度是4.6×10^(-12)g·ml^(-1),测定范围为0.00—80ng/25ml.该方法具有专属性,用于水体及分析纯级盐酸和碳酸钡试剂中铁的测定,获得了满意的结果.
Using 2,2'-bipyridyl as activator, Fe(Ⅲ) can catalyze the decolorizing reaction in HCl resulting from the reaction of thymol blue with hydrogen peroxide. The optimum conditions that influence the rate of the reaction and reac-tion mechanism have been studied. A highly selective method of determining ultratrace iron(Ⅲ) has been obtained, the sensitivity of this method is 4.6×10-12g.ml-1. The range of determination is 0 to 3.2ng.ml-1 for Fe(Ⅲ). The method has been used to determine trace Fe in natural water,distilled water, A.R. hydrochloric acid and A.R. barium carbonate samples.
