摘要
借助于原子吸收谱仪等测定了侧柏3个种源种子的NUE(K&Zn)、当年生苗木的NUE/(K&Zn)以及28个种源7年生树木7月的NUE′(K&Zn).结果表明,在种源的种子到苗木到树木的生长过程中,各种源的NUE或NUE′(K&Zn)大小的变化趋势不变;生长快的种源(如ST)NUE′大于生长慢的种源(如NB);NUE′能反映种源矿质利用效能的差异.
An Atomic Absorption Spectrometer was used to determine the NUE (K & Zn) of seeds and the NUE' (K & Zn) of seedlings in 3 provenances, and the NUE' (K & Zn) of 7-year-old trees in the month of July in 28 provenances of P. orientalis. During the process of provenance growth from seeds to seedlings and to trees, the trend of NUE(K &Zn) and NUE'(K&Zn) in all the provenances remained unchanged. Faster growing ones, e.g. ST, have greater NUE' (K & Zn) than that of slower growing ones, e.g. NB. NUE' (K & Zn) indicates differences among the provenances.
