摘要
目的 观察黄芪总皂苷对老年大鼠血液流变学特性的影响。方法 老年大鼠按 5 0、10 0、2 0 0 mg/kg三种剂量灌胃给药 ,测定了血液粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间等血液流变学指标。结果 黄芪总皂苷能降低老年大鼠全血比粘度和血浆比粘度 ,缩短红细胞电泳时间 ,降低红细胞压积。
Objective To research effects of total saponins of astragalus (TSA) on hemorrheology of old rats.Methods At dosage of 50,100,200 mg/kg by ig.,effects of TSA on hemorheology were studied.Blood specific viscosity,erythrocytic specific volume and RBC electrophoresis time of old rats were determined.Results TSA could decrease whole blood and plasma specific viscosity ,shorten erythrocytic specific volume and RBC electrophoresis time.Conclusion TSA could improve hemorrheology of old rats.
