摘要
目的 建立龙生蛭胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量测定方法。方法 双波长线性扫描 :λS=5 30 nm ,λR=6 90nm ;狭缝宽度 :0 .4 m m× 5 .0 mm ;灵敏度 :中 ;展开剂 :氯仿 -甲醇 -水 (6 5∶ 35∶ 10 ) 10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液。结果 :黄芪甲苷标准曲线线性范围 0 .80～ 4 .80μg;回归方程 Y=2 80 .6 7X +6 7.71,r=0 .9990 ;平均回收率 98.12 (n=5 ) ,RSD=2 .4 6 %。结论 方法简便 ,准确、易行 。
Objective To establish a TLC assay for the determination of astragaloside. Method Dual wavelength linear scanning was performed: λ S=530 nm, λ R=690 nm;Slit width:0.4 mm×5.0 mm;sensitivity:medium;developing solvent:chloroform methanol water(65∶35∶10).Results The standard curves for astragaloside was linear in the range 0.80～4.80 μg.Regression equation:Y=280.67X+67.71,r=0.999 0. The average recovery is 98.12%(n=5),RSD is 2.46%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and convenient.
