摘要
目的 :探讨菊楂决明饮对实验性高脂血症大鼠的影响。方法 :采用饲喂高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型 ,测定脂类代谢中生化指标。结果 :大剂量菊楂决明饮 ,2 0 g/(kg· d) ,可显著降低饲喂高脂饲料大鼠血清的总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL-C)和甘油三酯 (TG) ;显著降低高脂血症大鼠的 TC、TG、LDL-C,并显著升高高脂血症大鼠高密度脂蛋白 (HDL-C)。小剂量菊楂决明饮 ,1 0 g/(kg· d) ,显著降低饲喂高脂饲料大鼠血清的 TC和 LDL -C;并显著降低大鼠高脂血症的LDL-C。结论
Objective: To explore the effect of Ju Cha Jue Ming Solution on the hyperlipoproteinemia of experimental rats. Methods:hyperlipoproteinemia rat model was created by feeding high lipid foods and detections were made on the biochemical changes of the rats.Results: large dosage of Ju Cha Jue Ming Solution (20g/kg) could reduce the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels in rat's serum ( P <0.01) as well as triglyceride ( P <0.05). It could also increase the serum high density lipoprotein level in experimental rats. Small dosage of Ju Cha Jue Ming Solution could also has the same effect. Conclusion:Ju Cha Jue Ming Solution was effective in treating and preventing hyperlipoproteinemia in experimental rats.
