摘要
目的 :研究苦参碱诱导 K5 62细胞分化的胞外信号。方法 :运用酶联免疫法 ,动态检测苦参碱作用于 K5 62细胞后 ,培养液中 PGE2 含量的变化。结果 :培养液中 PGE2 含量在苦参碱作用于K5 62细胞 2天后有增高 ,并与苦参碱浓度有关。结论 :在苦参碱诱导 K5 62细胞分化的过程中 ,PGE2 含量的增高可能涉及到 PLA2 的激活 ,并且 PGE2 可能作为胞外信号影响 K5 62细胞的增殖与分化。
Objective: To study the effects of sophorcarpidine on the cell differentiation and extraceHular signaling of K562 cells.Methods:Dynamic detection of PGE 2 changes in the K562 cell cultures was made by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) after the adding of sophorcarpidine in the cell cultures.Results: After adding the sophorcarpidine in the cell cultures, the PGE 2 level in the culture was increased the following day and positive correlation was also observed.Conclusion:Sophorcarpidine could activate PLA 2 and PGE 2 could affect the K562 cell differentiation and proliferation.
