摘要
目的 :观察尼尔雌醇对老年高血压妇女E 选择素 (E selectin) ,可溶性细胞间黏附分子 1(sICAM 1) ,P 选择素 (P selectin) ,血管性血友病因子 (vWF)水平的影响 ,探讨雌激素对老年高血压妇女心血管保护作用的可能机制。方法 :选择 4 1例已服用降压药物的高血压妇女 ,随机分为A ,B两组 ,A组给予尼尔雌醇 ,B组给予安慰剂 ,治疗 6个月 ,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法 (ELISA法 )分别测定干预前后E selectin ,sICAM 1,P selectin及vWF水平。结果 :尼尔雌醇组较安慰剂治疗后E selectin ,sICAM 1,P selectin ,vWF水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :尼尔雌醇可降低老年高血压妇女细胞黏附分子水平 。
Objective To assess the effect of nilestriol on cell adhesion molecules and look for the cardiovascular protective mechanism of nilestriol for aging women with hypertension. Methods Forty one aging women with hypertension who had received antihypertensive therapy were randomly divided into two groups. The women in group A (n=21) received nilestriol, whereas those in group B (n=20) took a placebo for six months. E selectin, soluble intercellular adhesion molecues 1(sICAM 1), P selectin and von Willebrand factor(vWF) in the plasma were measured at 0 and 6th month of treatment. Results Compared with group B, the levels of E selectin, sICAM 1, P selectin and vWF were significantly lower in group A. Conclusion In aging women with hypertension, nilestriol could significantly decrease the expression of E selectin, sICAM 1, P selectin and vWF, and this effect is independent of the lowering pressure.
