中西医结合治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻临床观察

Therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine on infantile autumn diarrhea.

目的 观察苍术止泻汤配合思密达治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法 72例婴幼儿秋季腹泻患儿随机分为 2组。对照组 32例 ,予思密达口服 ;治疗组 40例 ,在思密达治疗基础上加用苍术止泻汤。疗程均为 3日。结果 治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为92 .5 %、78.1 % ,经 χ2 检验有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Cangzhuzhixie decoction combined with smecta in treating infantile autumn diarrhea.Methods 72 patients with infantile autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups. In control group(n=32) smecta was orally taken; in treatment group(n=40),based on smecta, Cangzhuzhixie decoction was orally taken,with a treatment course of three days for both groups.Results The total effective rate was 92.5% in treatment group and 78.1% in control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Cangzhuzhixie decoction combined with smecta is effective in treating infantile autumn diarrhea.
