醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

The effect of Xingnaojing injection in treating acute cerebral infarction.

目的 观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 将 1 5 2例急性脑梗死患者随机分为醒脑静注射液治疗组 79例 ,复方丹参注射液对照组 73例 ,进行疗效对比分析 ,同时观察 2组治疗前后神经功能缺损积分及血液流变学的改变。结果 治疗组显效率(81 .0 1 % ) ,明显优于对照组 (49.32 % ,P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;2组治疗后 ,治疗组神经功能缺损积分、血液流变学指标与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing injection in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods 152 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 79 patients in treatment group were treated by Xingnaojing jnjection;73 patients in control group were treated by compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The therapeutic effect and hemerheology were observed.Results The effective rate in treatment group (81.01%) was significantly higher than that in control group (49.32%,P<0.005),and there were significant differences in indexes of hemerheology and the score of nervous function defect between two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection is effctive in treating acute cerebral infarction.
