金仓鼠肝内胆管癌中VEGF的表达与血管生成的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)和血管生成在金仓鼠肝内胆管癌发生、发展的关系。方法 应用氨基比林和亚硝酸钠诱导金仓鼠肝内胆管癌 ,免疫组化方法检测标本中VEGF、MVD的表达。结果 VEGF在肝内胆管癌组和实验对照组中的阳性率分别是 78 6 %和 10 0 % ,有明显的统计学意义 (P <0 0 1)。肝内胆管癌中VEGF阳性组MVD值明显高于阴性组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 VEGF与肝内胆管癌的血管生成相关 ,并且促进其生长、侵袭及转移 ,血管生成在肝内胆管癌的形成及生长过程中可能起重要的作用。 Objective To elucidate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its relationship with angiogenesis in the progression of syrian hamster intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC).Methods ICC was induced in syrian hamsters by aminopyrine and nitrite.The expression of VGEF and microvessel density(MVD)was examined by immunohistochemistry assay.Results VEGF expression in tumour tissue was found in 78 6% of cancer tissue,in 10 0% of control bile duct tissue( P <0 01).In ICC MVD was significantly highly in VEGF positive than in VEGF negtive( P <0 01).Conclusion VEGF is highly related to angiogenesis of ICC and promotes its growth,invasion and metastasis;angiogenesis may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of ICC.
