摘要
采用AM 1吸附树脂和ND 90 0络合树脂对对硝基苯乙酮生产废水进行吸附处理 ,试验结果表明 ,使用 2种树脂串联的处理效果优于单独使用某一种树脂 ,而且ND 90 0络合树脂在前、AM 1吸附树脂在后串联处理的效果最好 ,废水体积为 30BV时 ,COD去除率为92 .8% ;脱色率为 10 0 % ,出水由原废水的橙红色变为无色。采用质量分数为 8%的NaOH溶液作为脱附剂 。
p-Nitroacetophenone production wastewater has been treated by adsorption process with AM-1 adsorbing resin and ND-900 complexing resin.The experimental results show that the treatment effect with the two types of resins in series is better than that with one only;the treatment effect is the best when the wastewater is treated first with ND-900 complexing resin and then with AM-1 adsorbing resin.COD removal rate and decoloration rate are 92.8% and 100% respectively,and the effluent is clear when the treated wastewater is 30 BV.Desorption effect is good using 8% NaOH solution as desorbing agent.
