《安全生产法》所确立的安全生产监督管理法律制度,充分体现了强化监管、社会监督、齐抓共管的原则,把安全生产监督管理工作延伸到前所未有的领域。这项法律制度包括政府监督管理与社会监督两部分。在突出各级人民政府及其安全生产综合监督管理部门和有关部门的安全监管和行政执法主体地位的同时,肯定公民、法人、工会和其他社会组织协助政府和各有关部门对安全生产进行社会监督、群防群治的作用,其目的是要最大限度地调动一切力量,

Work Safety Law stipulates the legal system of supervision and management of work safety and embodies the principles of strengthening supervision, sociai monitoring and joint inspection and administration. It extended the supervision and administration of work safety into unprec- edented fields. This legal system includes two parts of gov-ernment supervision and administration and social monitoring. Its purpose is to expand supervision and administration of work safety to every corner of the society by mobilizing all the forces.
