摘要
危险预知活动是由日本住友金属矿山公司和歌山冶炼厂于1973年首先提出来的,实践证明效果很好,因此很快在日本的各企业普及。日本东予冶炼厂在开展危险预知活动后,伤亡事故大幅度减少,直至事故几乎为零。
Foreseen danger activity was initially put forward by Sumitomo Metal Industries and Geshan Smeltery of Japan in 1973. Foreseen danger activity is designed to find, master and resolve existing risk factors on site or in the process of operation through short time consultation before operation. Its purpose is to ensure safety in the process of operation and, at the same time, to improve workers' sensitivity to danger and their problem-solving ability.
