摘要
激光治疗母牛不孕症,采用 He-Ne 激光穴位照射治疗卵巢静止、持久性黄体、慢性子宫内膜炎不孕牛102头,显效70头,好转8头,有效率76.47%;对照组20头,自愈3头,自愈率15%(P<0.05)。激光防治羔羊下痢,主要采用 CO_2激光聚焦照射交巢穴治疗致病性大肠杆菌引起的羔羊下痢,共治疗670例,痊愈474例,好转86例,有效率83.6%。对照组43例,自愈率46.5%(P<0.001)。CO_2激光穴位照射预防羔羊下痢914例,结果发病率26.3%;对照组发病率53.9%(P<0.001)。
Treating infertility of cow with laser.102 infertile cows due to inactive o- varies,persistant corpus luteum and chronic metroendometritis were treated by irradiating acupuncture point with an original light beam of He-Ne laser.Among them,70 were cured and 8 were improved,the effective rate was 76.4 %.In the control group.3 cases out of 20 re- covered spontaneously,and the recorery rate was 15%.Compared the laser irradiating group with the control one,there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Treating and preventing diarrhea in lamb with laser 670 diarrhea cases,which were caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli,were treated by the method of irradiating Jiaochao acupuncture point with either a focused light beam of CO_2 laser.Among them 474 were cured and 86 were improved,the effective rate was 83.6%.In the control group,20 cases out of 43 reovered spontaneously,the recovery rate was 46.5%(P<0.001).In order to prevent diar- rhea in lamb,914 lambs were irradiated with CO_2 laser,the incidence of this disease was 23.6%.and that in the control group was 53.9%(P<0.001).
