摘要 选用丙酮和乙醇的2:1混合液浸泡提取叶绿素。大量实验证明,本方法比丙酮法操作速度快3倍;提取菠菜、油菜、芹菜和小麦的叶绿素效率比丙酮法平均分别高8.5%,12.5%,4.4%和2.0%,而比1:1混合法平均分别高6.0%,5.0%,4.0%和1.4%;本方法提取液的稳定性比其他方法好,所用试剂和材料比丙酮法少二分之一。 We advanced a new method of mixed soak with acetone:ethanol=2:1 to eatract chlorophylls a and b in spinach,rape.celery and wheat after studied precursors'work.It is proved that the operation speed for the method is three times as fast as acetone method.The efficiency to extract chlorophylls above four materials is 8.5.12.5.4.4 and 2 percent higher respectively than that of acetone method and is 6,5.4 and 1.4 percent higher respectively than that of 1:1 mix method.Meanwhile.stability of chlorophylls ex- tracted with the method of 2:1 mix is better than that of 1:1 mix and acetone method.For ex- ample,the chlorophylls of wheat extracted using 2:1,1:1 mix and acetone method.it is put after 72 hours at room temperature,changed 14.18.6 and 42.5 percent respectively.As it is seen from datas,the chlorophylls extracted employed acetone method is unstable.The reagents and materials used for 2:1 mixed method is about 2.5 times less as compaered with the acetone method. The method of 2:1 mixed soak is applied to produce and scientific research of agricul- ture.and obtained satisfied results.
