摘要
应用整体解剖和石蜡切片方法,对芝麻的花芽分化进行了观察,结果为:①花腋生,每一叶腋内三朵,中花先开;②花五基数,合瓣,分化顺序为萼片、花瓣与雄蕊、心皮;③合生雌蕊二心皮构成,二室,中轴胎座,倒生胚珠。
The flower bud of Sesamum indicum L.,arising in the axil of leaves,devel- ops a central and a pair of lateral flowers in this experimental eultivar.In the differentiation of flower,the sepals arise first,followed by the petals and the stamens,and finally the carpels are initiated and form a biearpelling,biloeular superior ovary with several dozens of anat- ropous ovules.
