摘要
谁能在高新技术竞争中取得优势,谁就能在国际竞争中取得有利地位。从美国的“PNGV计划”、日本的“清洁能源汽车开发计划”以及欧共体的“明日的汽车”计划来看,我国汽车产业要在新一轮的竞争中取得主动权,就必须集聚所有科技资源,构建汽车产业技术创新平台,在新一代汽车技术上取得重大突破,从而实现我国汽车产业的可持续发展。
Who can gain the upper hand in hi - tech competition , who will reach the favourable positon in international competition. From the view of American ' PNGV Plan' , Japanese' CEAP' and ' Automotivefor Tomorrow' of EC ,if China auto industry will have the initiative in the new competition, China automotive industry must concentrate the full technical resources and structure the innovation platform. Only thus can we accomplish the sustainable development in China auto industry.
