New ordinance helps improve product quality

随着我国新的《产品质量法》正式实施,今年第三季度产品质量国家监督抽查结果已经公布。对于我国产品质量的总体水平状况、近年来所取得的成绩、存在的问题、我国加入世贸组织后所面临的机遇与挑战。

Quality control always plays an important role and becomes more significant once China joins the WTO. The Law on Product Quality of the People's Republic of China aims to monitor the quality of products so as to increase competitiveness. In this interview, Mr. Zhu Mingxian, the vice commissioner of the China State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, discusses the nature and the characteristics of the new ordinance.
