Application of Single Chip Computer in a Counter-Flow Grain Drying System

谷物干燥系统的排气温度与谷物终水分之间有一对应关系,根据此关系设计了检测控制系统和检测控制程序。采用有差控制方式和适合于有滞后环节的控制对象的大林控制算法,以调节排粮电机速度,从而控制谷物的终水分。实验结果表明,谷物终水分控制能达到要求。

There is a correspondence relationship between the grain final moisture content and the exhaust air temperature,and using this principle a check and control system based on a single chip computer is designed.The temperature difference (between the given tempera- ture and the detected temperature of exhaust air) and Darlin's calculative method suitable for hysteresis system are both used to control the motor speed,thus control the final moisture content of the grain.The test results show that the control accurancy of grain final moisture content is satisfactory.
