摘要
对新出现的660 V 供电系统中变压器中性点的运行方式和目前所用接地保护尚存在的问题进行了分析,设计并研制出适用于660 V 供电系统无失灵区接地保护装置,解决了该供电系统发生接地故障时存在的安全保护问题。
The operation mode of the neutral point of a transformer in a new standard volt- age (660 V) distribution network is discussed.The problems of the earth-fault and earth- leakage protective device at present are analysed.A new no-ineffective area earth-fault and earth-leakage protective device is developed,by which the safety problems in 660 V network can be solved satisfactorily when earth-fault or earth-leakage happens.
