摘要
分析了蜂窝塑膜用作温室覆盖层时的传热机理。利用试验温室模型验证了蜂窝塑膜的热辐射性能、保温能力和透光率。试验结果表明,蜂窝塑膜在保温性、透光率、经济性等方面的综合效益高于目前使用的普通单层塑料薄膜,其透光率损失10%左右而保温能力还可提高30%以上,不失为一种新型的温室覆盖材料,它在寒冷地区的使用性能更佳。
The heat transfer mechanism of honeycomb plastic film(HPF) is analysed and its infrared performance and thermal conservation capacity (TCC) are tested in a greenhouse model.The results show that HPF is a new kind of greenhouse covering material which has better comprehensive benefits than the commonly used single layer plastic film in TCC, transmissivity and economy.The TCC of HPF is 30% higher than that of common films while the transmissivity lower 10 % only.The HPF would have much better performances while used in much colder areas.
