摘要
根据火焰喷塑技术的原理及特点,对国产 BPT-1型火焰喷枪系统进行了改造,采用空气-乙炔混合燃气,成功地获得了工艺稳定、性能独特的尼龙1010涂层。在对涂层工艺参数进行系统研究的基础上提出了工艺规范。
On the basis of the principle and character of flame-sprayed plastic coatings,a do- mestic flame spray gun (type BPT-1) has been improved.With adopting the air-acetylene mixture,the nylon 1010 coating which technology stable and structure special is obtained by this spray system.The technology specification is presented based on the investigation of technology parameters.
