摘要
为寻求优质、高产螺旋藻的生态条件,以 spirulina platensis 为藻种,以 zarrouk 为培养基,通过通气培养,探讨了温度、光照度和接种密度对螺旋藻生长速率及品质的影响,从而找到温度和光照度的最佳组合,并确定出合适的接种密度。在夏季,接种密度应提高到0.4~0.6,冬季应降低到0.2左右。
To find the ecological conditions of producing superior quality and high yield Spirulina,a study has been made on the effects of temperature,light intensity and inoculum density upon growth rate and quality of Spirulina by using Zarrouk medium to aerately cul- tivate spirulina platensis.The best combination of temperature and light intensity,also the op- timal inoeulum density both are found from the study.In summer,the optimal inoculum den- sity should be 0.4—0.6,but in winter,it should be lowered to about 0.2.
