The Modification of S195 Diesel Engine to Burn Dual Fuels

把一台 S195型柴油机改装成燃用双燃料的发动机。对原机的供油系统作某些改造,增加了引燃油控制装置和气体燃料调节阀。为增加进气量以燃烧稀混合气以及防止气体燃料的泄漏,采用了弹性腔长管增压装置。同时,利用曲轴箱强制通风来提高发动机运行的安全性。本样机的特点是改装部分少而简单,改装费用低。

A S195 diesel engine is modified to burn dual fuels.A pilot diesel control unit and a gaseous fuel regurating valve are amounted on the fuel system of the prototype diesel en- gine to supply suitable quantity of pilot diesel and gaseous fuel for different operating condi- tions.And a supercharger with an elongated intake pipe and an elastic chamber is also de- vised for burning lean fuel mixtures and to avoid the leakage of gaseous fuel.Finally,the gas in the crankcase is recycled to improve the safety when the modified engine operating.The very low modification expense is the main characteristic of the modified engine.
