摘要
以螺旋槽断面上物料形心半径处的物料所具有的轴向运动速度和圆周运动速度相等为基础,提出了根据充满系数和螺旋外径计算螺旋螺距的方法,用此螺距可避免物料在运动过程中过分搅动引起的功率损耗。讨论了螺旋转速、螺距和输送量等参数不合理时可能出现的问题。
According to the circum direction velocity and axial direction velocity at centre of material section in helical groove be equal,an algorithm to decide the pitch of screw is de- rived based on the fullness coefficient and screw outside diameter.Using this pitch,the power consumption of material motion due to excessive stir can be saved.The problems caused by unreasonable parameters in screw pitch,screw rotary speed and so on are dis- cussed.
