摘要
开发了用于农副产品贮藏干燥加工处理的热泵装置。绿色香橙的长期低温保鲜贮藏、蘑菇和萝卜丝的冷风干燥试验结果表明,采用热泵系统既可精确地监测控制农副产品的热和水分的移动,保证贮藏和干燥质量,又能达到适应季节需要处理不同产品,提高设备利用率的目的。
A heat pump system for agricultural products storage and drying is developed.Ex- periments of long-period low temperature storage for green kabosu,natural air drying for mushroom and radish threads are carried out by using the system.The experimental results show that the heat pump system can not only precisely monitor and control the heat and moisture movement in agricultural products to guarantee its qualities,but also process differ- ent products in accordance with seasons to increase equipment usage.
