摘要
对用热法从红三叶牧草中提取蛋白进行了中间试验,其结果表明:当压力为15 MPa 时出汁率可达54.6%;加热温度的变化对蛋白的分离程度和维生素 C 及氨基酸的保有率有明显影响。
The green plant protein extraction from trifolium pratense L,a kind of grass,by heating the grass juice is investigated in pilot scale.The juice yield can reach 54.6 %,when the pressure is applied to 15 MPa.For extracting protein from the juice,heating temperature of 60,80 and 96℃ is tested.The results show that temperature affected protein separation retentions of vitamine C and amino acid apparently.
