摘要
提出通过修正机床调整参数对刨齿机误差进行补偿的方法。根据齿面在参考点正确啮合的条件,得到机床调整修正参数的计算公式。由计算机对锥齿轮的啮合进行模拟,用输出的齿面接触区图形和运动传递误差曲线来评价补偿的效果。输出图形表明,计算机模拟补偿后加工出的齿轮,其啮合质量很好。
A novel method of error compensation of bevel gear planer by correcting the machine setting parameters is developed.The formula to calculate the corrected parameters is derived depending on the correct engagement conditions of tooth surface at the reference point.Meshing of bevel gear is simulated and the outputs of the motion transmission varia- tion curve and tooth contact pattern are used to estimate the effect of the compensation.
