在世界经济高速发展的今天 ,知识产权处于非常重要的地位 ,它是当今社会巨大的无形资产。但是 ,由于我们过去不注重知识产权的运用和保护 ,以致于国民经济发展迟缓 ,即使在今天的知识经济时代 ,对知识产权的运用仍存在很大的缺陷 ,特别是在涉外经济活动中 ,由于重视不够 ,保护不当 ,使企业受到不应有的损失。

Knowledge right has been played a very important role in developed world economy and it is a great invisible captital in modern society.The scanted usage and protection of the knowledge right results in slow development of national economy.Even in modern times of knowledge economy,so many problems exist in using it,especially in foreign economy activities.Companies have been suffered undeserved losses because of failing to attract peoples' attention to knowledge right.
