Our town and township enterprises enter the new development stage,and their future causes people's concern once more.In view of the existing problems in the development of town and township enterprises,we bring up corresponding counterplans in this essay:those are to further deepen the reform of the property right system of town and township enterprises;to develop the private sector of the east and west of the town and township enterprises actively and effectively; to expand the domestic and international market strongly;to enlarge the adjustment degree of economic structure;to tighten up the application and management of fund;to strengthen the macro-control of government and improve the management environment of town and township enterprises.
