摘要
本文在分析社会主义市场经济条件下学生工作的新情况、新问题的基础上 ,阐述了“热情关怀、加强教育、严格管理”
New probloms occur in the process of administrating students under new situation .To meet the demand of socialist market economy system,the author holds that the supervisors should love students and meanwhile strengthen their education and supervise them strictly.
