摘要
企业制度的改革和市场经济的不断完善为我国推行经理股票期权 (ESO)创造了一定条件。但到目前为止 ,经理股票期权在我国的运用尚处在摸索阶段 ,很不成熟。股价与经理人的贡献弱相关是我国企业引入 ESO激励机制的一个难题 ,ESO这一低效率问题的有效解决方法是引入平均价格参数、股票指数价格参数和行业股票价格参数。
The reform of enterprise system and the continual betterment of market economy create a certain condition for the spreading of ESO in China, but up to now, ESO in China is still immature and in an exploring period. The weak relation between the share price and the contribution of sharebrokers is the problem in the introduction of ESO into enterprises in China. So an effective solution to the lower efficiency is the introduction of average price parameter, share index price parameter and industrial share price index through a positive analysis.
