Entering into WTO and the talent marketing construction

人才是生产力 ,是最宝贵的战略资源。中国的人才市场是实行改革开放、市场经济的产物。它在人才资源配置中初步发挥了基础性作用。中国加入WTO ,人才市场将面临一系列的新问题和重大挑战 ,因此 ,必须与时俱进 ,发扬创新精神 ;沉着应付 ,加大力度 ,采取有效措施 ,进一步建立和完善人才市场 ,从而为构筑人才高地 ,增强我国的竞争力 ,推进社会主义现代化建设 ,发挥更大的作用。

The talent is productivity and the most precious strategy source. Chinese talent market is the resulf of the open policy and the market economy, which plays a basic function in allocating talent sources. Entering into WTO, we are facing many new problems and serious challenge. Therefore, we should follow the trend with new spirit. We should calm ourselves down, and take effective measures to develop and perfect the talent market. So it will strengthen our competition and accelerate modernization.
