试论高职体育教学中的“快乐体育”

随着体育教学大纲和教学目的改革 ,体育教学方法也发生了巨大变化。学生的主体性培养得到了重视 ,学生创造性得到了发展。体育教学将成为“快乐体育”。“快乐体育”能使学生生动、活泼 ,能使学生健康发展 ,能使学生养成锻炼习惯 。

As a result of the reform of physical education syllabus and teaching aim,physical education teaching method has changed greatly.Students are the teaching centre,and their creativity develops quickly.Therefore,physical education will be'Happy sports'which makes students active,healthy and able to develop a habit of exercises and lays a solid foundation for life physical education.
