摘要
在知识经济时代,企业应改变传统的薪酬制度而采用个性化薪酬制度。根据员工能力和业绩,确定员工的薪酬,并允许员工选择他们需要的报酬形式,以便充分调动员工的工作积极性,吸引并留住优秀的员工。
In the era of knowledge economy, business firms should change the traditional payment system, and adopt individualized compensation system to pay employees based on their competence and performance and allow the employees to choose the benefit package they prefer, so as to motivate them to work harder for the company, and to attract and retain the talented employees.
