跨国公司组织结构模式变化及其对我国企业的启示

Changes of Transnational Corporation's Organizational Structure Mode and References for Chinese Enterprises

20世纪90年代以来,伴随着信息技术和经济全球化的发展,当代跨国公司组织结构发生了巨大的变革和调整。深入了解和研究跨国公司组织结构的变化趋势,对于我国企业特别是我国的跨国公司增强竞争力,开展跨国经营具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。本文通过分析当代跨国公司组织结构模式的变化趋势以及跨国公司在华组织形式的特点,提出了我国企业组织变革的思路。

With the development of information technology and the globalization of economy, the Western transnational corporations have made new changes and adjustments in organization structure. To make a deep and comprehensive study of their new changes and adjustments is of great significance of reference for Chinese enterprises, especially for Chinese transnational corporations in the aspect of improving competitive capacity and developing transnational business. By analyzing the changes of mode of transnational corporation's organizational structure and by examining the characteristics of transnational corporations' organization in China, this article gives some suggestions on how to reform Chinese enterprises' organization structure.
