由于人们对效率与公平这两种价值目标的追求,人类社会才被不断推动着由低级到高级、由简单到复杂永不停止地向前发展。效率与公平都属社会历史范畴,是社会的产物,会因其所产生的社会历史条件及社会性质的不同而有所不同。作者试图从逻辑分析和历史回顾两个方面阐述“效率与公平”,并最终着眼于我国对于这一问题的制度安排的考察。

Because of people' s pursuit of the two value aims of efficiency and impartiality,the human s ociety has been driven to develop forward,from low to high gra de,from simple to complex.Efficien cy and impartiality are both of socia l and historical category,and are the products of society.They will have differences according to t he different social and historical c onditions and the different qualities of the society.This essay is meant to expound'efficiency and impartiality'from the two aspects of logistical an alysis and his-torical retrospection,with a view t o reviewing China' s system arrangement of this issue.
