论网络媒体在新世纪思想政治工作中的地位

On the Position of Network and Media in the Ideological and Political Work of the New Century

准确反映和揭示事物关系是科学决策和有效行为的基础和前提,因而能否正确认识和科学回答电脑网络与思想政治工作的关系是一个全局性的课题,它关系到思想政治工作在新的时空境界中如何创新及创新效果等一系列问题。笔者综合分析受现代化内在驱动所产生的思想政治工作的创新点和内在优势,认为两者具有诸多契合点,创新的思想政治工作选择了电脑网络,而后者又是思想政治工作实现现代化的推进剂。

Accurately revealing the relations between things is the prerequisite t o making scientific decisions and ta king effective measures.Therefore,it is a questio n of overall importance whethere or not we can correctly understand the re lationship between network and the ideological and political wo rk,which involves the question of how to innovate in the ideological and p olitical work under the new situations.Comprehensively analy zing the content of innovation and in ternal superiority of ideological a nd political work which is driven and produced by the progress of modernization,the author holds that netw ork and the ideological and politica l work are closely related to each other in many aspects.To carry o ut creatively the ideological and political work needs network while network provides the important impetus to modernize the ideologica l and political work.
