作为传统文化的重要因子,宗族文化复萌对乡村经济和社会发展虽然有一定的促进作用,但它对乡村民主化建设的影响主要是负面的。宗族文化容易强化宗族意识、纠结宗族矛盾、妨碍法制建设、抑制独创精神、操纵乡政等,影响乡村民主制度的建设和农民的政治参与,延缓乡村民主化进程。

As the important factor of traditional culture,the sprout of the clan's culture has certain facilitation to rural economic and so-cial development,but its negative impact on rural democratization construction is mainly.Clan culture is apt to strengthen clan conscious-ness,entangled with clan contradiction,hinder the legal construction,suppress original creation spirit,handle township policy,etc.,influence the construction of the rural democratic system and peasants'participation in politics,delay the process of the rural democratization.
