摘要
阐述了振动切削原理在攻丝技术上的应用,比较了振动攻丝与常用攻丝方法在切削扭矩、加工精度等方面的差异,并分析了振动攻丝时振动方向对攻丝精度的影响.
This article expounds the application of vibrating machining principle in threading, compares the difference in machining torque and machining precision between vibrating threading and conventional threading and analyses the effect of direction of vibration in vibrating threading on threading precision.
